Tope is an aviation technology strategist, screenwriter, and builder. Over 18 years he has led digital transformation projects for airlines across Africa and the Gulf — executing initiatives across four continents. He has sat at the intersection of complex operations, enterprise technology, and human systems long enough to know exactly where the gaps are.

Operating between Lagos and Dubai, Tope founded Sandstorm to build the digital products he kept wishing existed — tools shaped by lived experience, not imported assumptions. He is also the Convener of the A MADE MAN Conference and an active screenwriter with registered feature projects in development.
